Microsoft donates to Feeding America, for every IE8 downloaded

Microsoft in their support of the Hunger Action Month rolls out “Browser for the Better” website which aims donations to Feeding America.


For every copy of Internet Explorer 8 downloaded from the website, Microsoft will donate $1.15 to Feeding America –but if you upgrade from IE6, they will double up the donation.

I’m in support for this great cause of Microsoft, although Firefox runs much faster and with great performance over IE, I can install both or maybe switch to Firefox immediately afterward.
